Restaurant Mambo in Kiev is a member of the network Trump Card and it of itself is a good recommendation. This Kiev restaurant specializes in European, Latin American and Japanese cuisines. In Mambo one can try traditional dishes of Argentina and Bolivia, Mexico and Brazil, Chile and Mediterranean countries. Restaurant entrance is guarded by two cactuses which dispose guests to meeting with the culinary world of Latin America. Restaurant Mambo is divided into several halls, designed with strongly pronounced national colour and something original in each. In "Spanish yard" a canary chirps and a parrot keeps him company. Hall "Rio" is decorated with pictures, performed in bright, rich tones, and an installation of musical instruments soars under cellar. "American Indian hut" is a VIP-hall, where statues of Indian leaders are used as decor. One can get to one more quiet and solitary hall, having passed through restaurant Mambo sushi-bar. To combine relative solitude with viewing of leisure software, one can take places at the small Venetian balcony, intended for two tables. Argentine-style meat, fried at open flame and served on a mini-grill in order not to get cold, is in good demand. There is also paella (with seafood, chicken, parmesan and vegetables), and quesadilla (wheat cake with stuffing). Sushis, prepared by masters of restaurant Mambo, are considered one of the best in Kiev. Spirits can be chosen from three menus: wine list, bar, and cocktail. In the bar arsenal there are classical time-proved recipes and original combinations, invented by barmen of restaurant Mambo, and also draught and bottle beer. Soft drinks are presented by juices and fruit and milk shakes. Restaurant Mambo in Kiev offers karaoke, hookah and protected parking place.
