Restaurant China White

Restaurant China White in Kiev is a member of restaurant network Trump Card that is widely known in Ukraine. The restaurant is located in Kiev downtown. A whole world of magnificent tastes is hidden by the modest window. Wooden stairs leads downwards to the mysterious hall and then the way goes to the labyrinth of rooms, which differ from each previous by name and decor. At the restaurant there are 7 halls in all, designed with dainty luxury which is characteristic of Asia. Some interior details are made by hand by Chinese masters and clever draperies make the rooms more spacious.

Hall of Fire is muffled up with soft velvet and plunged in pleasant shade. Hall of Calligraphy hall is devoted to ancient refined hieroglyph. Colours of old gilding and dark rice prevail here. In Hall of Flowers an atmosphere of tenderness reigns. Strange flowers of the finest embroidery blossomed out on sofas, blinds and armchairs. Velvet, Imperial, Rice and Harmony halls are also at your service in China White.

At this restaurant you can leisurely smoke a hookah with friends, sing karaoke, but first of all – enjoy traditional oriental dishes cooked true good workmen. Even usual European dishes, served in China White, are supplemented with exotic Asian notes. There are not very much dishes in China White, but all of them are unforgettable for the restaurant’s guests.

In the wine list of restaurant China White not only traditional national Chinese drinks, such as: flower-grape, apricot and plum wine and sake are presented, but also French, Italian, Spanish wines and more democratic drinks.

As to desserts, special attention should be paid on "Tenderness and mystery of China". Probably, the dessert’s form can be a little disappointing, but the taste of fried milk pudding with sauce of condensed milk is really delicate. "Milky" green tea with light caramel taste goes very well with such dessert and adds a gustatory sense.
