Restaurant FreeDom

Restaurant FreeDom in Kiev is a part of large entertaining complex of the same name. Besides the restaurant, in FreeDom complex casino and large concert-hall are opened. The restaurant interior was developed by known designer Boris Krasnov. Openwork lamps’ shining, candles, light sources built into floor and ceiling, huge mirrors create festive atmosphere. As to this restaurant’s cuisine, chief Valentine Miroshnichenko takes the view that the high-quality dishes should be cooked fast, look well and be so tasty that could whet cook’s appetite.

The restaurant of entertaining complex FreeDom is a member of network Trump Card. Here guests can try European cuisine and the widest in Kiev choice of whisky. Such dishes, as assorted seafood "FreeDom", cream-soup of porcini and "Rossini's" veal, will be liked by classical cuisine lovers. Chief of this Kiev restaurant is famous for his ingenuity in cooking of excellent desserts. Ice-cream “Green tea” with fruits or "Apple covers" with vanilla cream-sauce are just a small part of sweet culinary masterpieces of restaurant FreeDom. Various fruit and milk cocktails are not less popular with restaurant guests than fine wines.

In frost-free season it is possible to take places at a summer terrace, surrounded by greenery and flowers. Besides traditional restaurant dishes there is "barbecue menu" here. Fans of sports can watch sport match transmissions, drinking beer at clean air. Also it is possible to smoke aromatic hookah at the terrace, celebrate family occasion or conduct a business dinner.

Restaurant sommelier work is also worth mentioning. Wine list includes more than 65 items of best brand wines. Whisky list of the restaurant includes 75 items of this drink.

Restaurant FreeDom

In the concert hall of complex FreeDom concerts of popular artists are held, and presentation of the first album in the concert-hall became a good sign for them. Professional stage equipment, sound and light, accessibility of stage, comfort and good service made FreeDom popular recreation place for Kiev inhabitants and guests of Ukraine capital. Musical range includes DJ's, jazz/blues, live music, various concert programs, lounge, pop/rock and background music.
