Restaurant Dnipro began working since the first days of the hotel opening. The restaurant is on the 2 floor of the building. At tables of this restaurant the outstanding political and cultural figures, actors, scientists with international reputation were sitting: Kennedy family, General Clark, BBC General Manager Jangler, Sophia Loren, Gina Lollobrigida, Julio Iglesias, Chris de Burgh, Patricia Kaas, Princess of Monaco Carolina, James Aldridge, David Copperfield, Sting, Mireille Mathieu, Didier Marouani and others. List of Russian and Ukrainian visitors of restaurant Dnipro is not less impressive. State receptions are often held in the restaurant halls.

Besides the main hall, in restaurant Dnipro there are two more halls – Byzantium and Leda. Conditions in each hall correspond to its name. Hall Leda is designed in white and pastel pink colors. Windows overview European square. Hall Byzantium interior reproduces the majestic luxury of ancient state. Materials of rich colors were used for finishing: red, dark blue, golden.

On the 12th floor of hotel Dnipro in Kiev restaurant of haute cuisine Panorama-club works. There is almost no walls in this restaurant – the panoramic windows, alternated with rather narrow piers, allow to admire Kiev panorama. The ceiling in the hall centre is the glass mosaic dome. In the evenings live music sounds in the restaurant.

Chief of this restaurant creates the real culinary masterpieces. In restaurant Panorama Club menu there are such dishes as: fua-gra with Kamchatka crabmeat, avocado and Tobbiko, soup potafe amber with veal and "Porto", milfey of fresh pineapple with creamy parfe and sauce "Kokajn" and number of other delightful dishes. The excellent wine list allows choosing the wine which will be the most appropriate for each dish.
