Using the cog railway, one can rise to Michael square and from there it is not far at all to Kreschatik or Vladimirskaya gorka, where monument to Prince Vladimir is placed, and St. Sofia cathedral, opposite to St. Michael’s cathedral and visible from Michael’s square.
