How to get: the pool is located on Solomenka, not far from the Vozduhoflotsky bridge. Go by minibus 496 or 499 from metro station Lukyanovskaya, or from metro station Vokzalnaya through the South Railway station building

Swimming pool CSK ZSU ЗСУ

Swimming pool CSK was built in 1955 in a big way. In 2005 it was completely repaired and now it is one of the largest and best Kiev swimming pools, where Ukrainian swimming and high diving teams train. High ceilings, many lanes, cleanness attract Kiev inhabitants and guests.

The pool (50x25 m) is divided into 21 lanes. There diving boards (1, 3, 5, 7, 10 m) that can be used only by professional sportsmen. Swimming pool CSK is also one of the deepest in Kiev, its maximal depth is 5, 5 m and minimal is 1, 2 m. Water is purified with sodium hydrochloride and filtered. 3000 c. m. of water pass through the filters. Water temperature is about 26-27°С.

One can go in for diving, aqua-shaping, step and mix aerobics, shaping-up, yoga, Pilates and oriental dance in the swimming pool building.

Obligatory health certificate, that can be got in the pool territory, may cause some inconvenience. You should also have a bathing cap and it’s better to have a hairdryer with you. Parking place is free.
